The Extranet Online Inventory Management System offers:
• 100% verification of all media movement.
• Immediate Discrepancy Reporting.
• Online Inventories are updated immediately upon verification of all media movement.
• Management of additional information associated with each media if you choose:
(Tape Number, Dataset/Description, Outcodes, Create Dates, Return Dates, etc.).
• Tracking of all recalled media.
• Flexibility – It doesn't matter what system you use to manage your tapes. As long
as the media has barcoded labels, you can utilize the Extranet.
• Ease of Use – Training provided by VRI.
All media is verified within hours of arrival at VRI. If discrepancies exist, customers are notified immediately.
All servers are housed within VRI’s facilities.
